    When I squat my toes will naturally rotate to the sides abt. 45 degrees. I also need to have my feet somewhat wide. That's the only way for me to have a comfortable squats. I also don't go below parallell because I start to get butt wink. I like that he confirms my own struggles, pointing out that everyone is different. 😅

    I used to compete in powerlifting for 30 yrs and started falling apart after I stopped and I retired from being a Firefighter/Paramedic which is also very demanding on your body. After 2 shoulder surgeries I cannot get under the squat bar like I used to. One of the female trainers told me to get a pic bar the same dimensions as a squat bar and slowly work it down to where I used to squat. She said I also have shoulder lock,

    There's a massive natural guy called Jason who does hardly any range of motion. He's a UA-camrs. He's Canadian. He's weird. But if it works for him then why not try it and if it doesn't work for you then don't do it. At least the theory that it might work has been proved with one person.
